Business Scan respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Registration details: name, email, phone, age, gender, category, institution (optional), preferred language.
• Assessment responses: answers to the 100 Business Scan questions.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order ID, payment ID, status — we do not receive or store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and session timestamps, for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the Business Scan report and expert remarks.
• To contact you about your report and follow-up counselling if requested.
• To process payments via Razorpay.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. Who Sees Your Data

Only the reviewing psychologist (Dr. Rajeev Nair) and authorised support staff access your identifying information. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used for research and to improve the questionnaire.

4. Data Storage & Security

Credentials and uploaded files are stored outside the web-accessible folder on the server. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to businessscan4u@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

If the candidate is under 18, a parent or guardian must register and consent to the processing of the minor's data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page.
